Services
Celestial Medical Transportation specializes in providing non-emergency medical transportation services. Our company can provide services for any purpose but the majority of the clients we transport have been injured in either automobile no-fault or workers compensation accidents. We provide direct billing to both automobile and workers' compensation companies.
Unfortunately, we are unable to bill Medicare or Medicaid for services. Transportation services are normally not a covered benefit with health insurance policies. Medicare or Medicaid may provide reimbursement to members for transportation services, but we do not bill these organizations directly.
We work closely with several medical facilities, managed care organizations, and private individuals throughout the greater Metro Detroit Area who rely on us to transport their loved ones and patients to and from appointments on a daily basis.

OUR SERVICE AREAS
From our Metro Detroit office our primary service area is within a 20 mile radius. Appointments and pickups outside of that area are subject to additional fees.
We have vehicles throughout Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb counties every day.
We also have vehicles in St. Clair, Washtenaw, and Monroe counties on a regular basis.

Pricing
Our rates will differ from that of a taxi or bus service as we offer highly trained and skilled drivers who are paid an hourly rate for their time. We have standard pricing for all services that are charged on a per rider basis.
Pickup Fee: $30
Per Mile Fee:$3
Wait Time: $16 per 30 minutes
Attendant Fee: $6
Insurance
We bill most insurance directly and we accept:
- Auto Insurance
- Workers Compensation Insurance
- Cash or Check for Private Pay

Train our drivers thoroughly
Adhere to a regularly scheduled, written vehicle maintenance program
Ensure that company vehicles are washed, cleaned and inspected on a regular basis.
Equipped with the latest technology including digital dispatching, routing and tracking
Meet/exceed local, state and industry insurance requirements
Registered with LARA (Licensing & Regulation Authority).
