How much will this cost me?

We charge a standard fee each leg of your trip plus mileage. You will find that our rates will be considerably higher than taxi rates as our drivers are paid by the hour and receive hours of specialized training to service people with debilitating injuries or disabilities. Please contact us for a custom quote.

Are there any fees for canceling trips?

You may cancel your trip within 2 hours of the scheduled  pick-up time without charge. If a trip is canceled with less than 2-hours notice, you will be charged the full cost of the one-way trip. If you purchased a round-trip and wish to cancel the other part of your trip, you will be able to receive a refund for that part of the trip.

What kind of assistance do drivers provide?

Our drivers offer assistance to all clients. We stress the importance of providing door-to-door assistance. If you ride with Celestial Medical you will be offered assistance from your residence to the vehicle and from the vehicle to or inside of the door of your destination.

Will drivers wait for me until I am ready to return home?

Our drivers will only wait for you if absolutely necessary. We typically ask you to call us when ready. We will then send a driver to pick you up. If wait time is requested we will charge $16 for each half hour of wait time.

Does Celestial Medical Transportation take Medicaid/Medicare?

We do not bill Medicaid and Medicare for transportation services. Please contact your Medicaid/Medicare customer service line to find out how to schedule for transportation. If medically necessary, you may be able to request transportation and specify that your transportation provider be Celestial Medical Medical Transportation, LLC.

Cancellation Policy

 **Reasonable Excuse**: We may waive the late cancellation fee if there is a valid and documented reason for the last-minute cancellation, such as a sudden medical emergency.


**Rescheduling**: Typically, clients are encouraged to reschedule rather than cancel if possible. 


 **Repeated Cancellations**: Frequent or repeated cancellations without valid reasons may result in restrictions or loss of services provided by Celestial Medical Transportation.
